With a strong background in product development, business management and marketing, she brings extensive industry experience to her role. Formerly with Brandix, she now leads the marketing department, a team of young female executives at Moose.

Kithmini considers herself fortunate to have received great opportunities at the right times but recognizes that many do not have access to the same resources and opportunities. However, she recognizes the disparities in access to resources and opportunities for many women. Despite global progress, she believes the business world remains unbalanced, particularly in leadership roles.

Kithmini stresses the need for organizations to focus on creating opportunities for women at entry levels to address the gender gap in higher positions. She encourages women to seize opportunities when they arise.
