Exchange Policy


Online Purchase

To exchange an online purchase please put a return request through the website within 14 days of receiving it. To exchange successfully the product must be in resalable condition, with packaging intact and inclusive of invoice. We will bare all delivery costs and make an exchange for the exact value of your purchase.


In-Store Purchase

If you bought a Moose Clothing Company product at a leading retailer please adhere to retailer’s return policy. In the unlikely event that this is not possible (e.g. at a shopping festival) please call us on our hotline and arrange to have your product/s and copy of the sales receipt delivered to us. If the items are in resalable condition, we will exchange for the cost of purchase and deliver the new item/s free of charge.


Cancel Order

If you have placed an order on our website and have changed your mind about it please call us on our hotline and ask us to hold it. If we have not shipped the item yet, no worries it is like you never placed the order. In the event that the order has been dispatched, we will guide you on the best way to proceed. If you have received the order and want to cancel it, this is unfortunately something we are not able to accommodate. In this case, please follow general exchange policies.
